- Able to manage a schedule for that number of employees in a complex 24/7 environment that includes different skill or positions requirements as well as multiple types of leave, overtime, trades, administrative and training duties, etc.
- Ability to maintain various types of leave balances in software
- Management of employee emergency contact information, mandatory for employee to enter into software
- Ability to block dates so absences cannot be requested
- Ability to see a list of absences requiring approval.
