(1) Vendor needs to provide carpet cleaning service to the government authority located in Hanover, VA.
- Perform required tasks and produce timely outcomes of the required quality in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Have a minimum of three years experience providing carpet-cleaning services to similar facilities.
- Provide spot treatment, as needed. The contractor shall not leave streaking, excess residue, or cause discolouring to the carpeting because of the cleaning.
- Have employees wear a neat and clean uniform bearing the firm name and logo while on the job site.
(2) A contract period will be for one year.
