[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide computer system upgrade services to the government authority located in Winhall, VT.
- New data and power redundant serve; data migration; antivirus; user configuration; client domain configuration; user and department shares and permissions; login scripts; printer, copier, scanner configurations.
- 5 New Laptops with minimum system requirements of Win10Pro, i7, 500GB SSD, 16GB Memory and including Docking Stations; 3 New Desktops with minimum system requirements of Win10Pro, i7, 500GB SSD, 16GB Memory; refurbish 4 legacy systems with OS, memory and SSD upgrades; new monitors (LCD); personal UPS for client systems; configure domain; migrate 2 Comcast emails to domain email; printer, scanner, copier configurations.
- Upgrade network infrastructure equipment at both locations (i.e., routers, switches, racks, UPS, access points); procure high speed internet option for Transfer Station and Highway Department (current contract with Consolidated); implement firewall internal and external; administer wireless AD radius authentication; hardware VPN; outdoor wireless.
- CAT6 to unused Copier and add to client PCs.
- Offer options to current offsite backups for server and workstations.
- Assist with new .gov domain setup and migration from current host; move 2 Comcast users to State domain Office 365 email and forward addresses to new email; implement email security; migrate legacy email to new accounts; continue SSL for website.
- 65” LCD with wall-mount and HDMI.
- antivirus options for all users and endpoints.
- Server monitoring, updates, maintenance; systems monitoring, updates, maintenance; network monitoring, updates, alerting; user monitoring, maintenance, support.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 5, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2022
