[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide Covid-19 care pathways pilot consultant services to develop, implement, measure impact and make recommendations for future use or adaptation of this technical package by conducting a short-term pilot in 1-2 countries in our current portfolio to the government authority located in North Carolina.
- consultancy services to oversee the development and implementation of this pilot project using existing materials
- consultant should have demonstrated health project management experience, specifically with demonstrated experience delivering high-impact results in short periods of time across diverse settings
- Plan and execute diverse approaches to ensure the delivery, uptake and integration of the Care Pathways guide among key stakeholders
- Develop a comprehensive M&E plan and provide continuous monitoring and evaluation support throughout the duration of the pilot, including a comprehensive final evaluation report with key findings and recommendations
- Engage with key stakeholders to explore opportunities to integrate the Care Pathways guide material into national guidelines, protocols, training programs, credentialing models and future programming.
