(1) Vendor needs to provide hoteling services for temporary or short-term shelter for vulnerable citizens which allows time for plan a successful exit to a situation other than unsheltered homelessness to the government authority located in Newport News, VA.

• Accommodate Covid-19 positive clients;
• Accommodate clients with mental health issues;
• Accommodate small families and individuals by offering single rooms with one and two bed options;
• Small kitchen (small stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave; a place for families to prepare meals)
