(1) Vendor needs to provide telehealth app for sexual assault support services.
- provide a software platform with a programmable communication tool for sending and receiving automated, customizable text messages.
- Provide an open application programming interface (API)
- Provide health insurance portability and accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant software capabilities
- Provide automated, customizable text messaging utilizing SMS to eliminate dependence on data plans or internet connection
- Abide by export control policies and procedures
- Software capabilities, including a listing of all SMS messaging services offered, available HIPAA-compliancy measures, dashboards, hardware and software requirements and out of pocket expenses that would be the responsibility of university center of excellence in forensic nursing in the college of nursing text-safe.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 28, 2022.
