[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic design services.
- Posters and digital assets- design three lecture series posters and digital assets for each term- fall, winter, spring- with a similar and related theme and style for continuity
- Design posters and digital assets for each individual lecture in the lecture series. lecture posters in similar, related theme and style as the term’s lecture series poster
- Content for individual posters and digital assets, subject to change
- Digital assets - design a .jpeg and .gif/.mpeg advertising
- Digital assets include but are not limited to the following:
- 1200-640 pixels wide, .jpeg headers for emailers
- 1920 x 1080, 72 dpi, .jpeg slides for digital displays.
- 1080 x 1080/1250/1920 pixels, scalable .jpeg slides for digital displays for Instagram posts/stories, UO events calendar, etc.
- .gif and .mpeg animations for social media and emailer.
(2) The term of contract will be for five years.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
