[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide home loan underwriting and loan servicing system.
- Perspective borrower’s work with participating loan officers, who submits applications and back-up documentation to agency via a lender portal. staff utilizes and underwriting software module to complete an underwriting and eligibility analysis
- The approvals, loan documents are also generated through the underwriting module. upon loan closing, the loans are boarded to the servicing software module through an automated process
- agency is seeking a software platform that seamlessly integrates best business practices through the electronic production of financial assistance from initial pre-qualification submittal through servicing of the loan
- The desired platform will capture four main stages: applicant pre-qualification, lender application submittal, agency underwriting, processing and funding and agency loan servicing including an interface for existing borrowers to access and manage their loan
- A fully functional loan management solution that comprises of processing, underwriting and servicing functions for real estate financing
- Borrower’s module for existing borrowers to view loan balance, make payments, upload documents, request information and manage existing loan
- Fully functioning automated loan underwriting platform to underwrite loan, verify program eligibility, process approvals, prepare loan documents, and fund loans
- Ability to program our guidelines and underwriting limitation baselines into system for use in underwriting analysis with ability to update annually or as needed
- Ability to review, make notes, sign off, and add conditions on borrower’s application support documents
(2) The term of contract will be for one year.
