[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound and outbound call and contact center staffing and management services.
- This contract will provide call and contact center services with world-class support for various customers. these services include but are not limited to:
- Inbound and outbound live operator services
- Service or product information
- Scripted information dissemination
- Data entry of application and form information into state or contractor database
- Mailing and fulfillment services
- Bilingual service - Spanish/English/
- Voice mail
- Automatic call distributor (ACD)
- Interactive voice response (IVR)
- Email correspondence
- Call center overflow capabilities
- Handling surveys and questionnaires
- Managed services in which hardware and software are dedicated to a particular customer and run on that customer’s premises or third-party data center but are managed by a third-party service provider
- The customer will provide the initial training documentation and ongoing support from the subject matter experts
- The customer will provide secure access to the nice CXOne statewide platform
- The customer will provide secure remote access to all required customer service systems.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2022.
