Vendor needs to provide nursing home administrator services to the government authority located in Maryland.
- Must possess a current license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator or willing to work towards immediately
- The investigations include, but are not limited to the following: Past work history, Character, Education, Military records.
- The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator shall pass a medical examination and submit documentation of the examination prior to his/her assignment
- Tuberculosis:
- Provide proof of administration of a two-step tuberculin skin test.  The tuberculin skin test must be completed within the last 12 months and must contain results recorded in millimeters of induration, date provided of each reading, signature of administrator, and the lot number and manufacturer of the purified protein derivative (PPD) used to be accepted.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
