Vendor needs to provide call center outreach services to perform outreach to an estimated 5,400 current customers of its internet for all program.
- The contractor shall develop an outreach plan that includes, but is not limited to, phone call, emails, text messages and direct customer contact in-person at the customer’s residence or pre-determined on-site assistance location.
- The contractor shall staff the outreach team with customer-friendly individuals who are able to learn and teach basic technology concepts related to internet services, computer and device characteristics, and common online services and applications.
- Direct, live phone calls to each family.
- Script and questions will raise awareness
- Cost also includes a 24/7 answering service to field inquiries from households that call back after a missed attempt to contact them. Call backs will be returned within 24-48 hours.
- Assumes approximately 5,000 Contacts.
