[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide user experience research consultant services to support the user experience and to advise the Digital and Web Operations team on web elements and content requiring optimization.
• Attend Kick Off Meeting with Digital and Web Operations, Marketing, and Digital Insights and Analytics teams to identify stakeholders and discuss project expectations and timelines.
• Attend a weekly touchpoint meeting with the Digital and Web Operations team.
• Development of a research plan for approval by the Digital and Web Operations team.
• Conduct quantitative and quantitative research (activities to be determined in partnership and collaboration between our teams).
• Develop an ideal sitemap for the Main website.
• Final report and Presentation documenting the results of research and include recommendations to improve the website.
• Include all paperwork, documentation, and assets related to all activities performed as part of this project.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 11, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
