[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide registration management system.
- System prevents duplicate entry of data, warns user when data being entered already exists e.g., same company name, same contact name, same address, but allows override where relevant.
- Supports the entry of notes against customer master records.
- Ability to set up predefined system events which trigger workflow tasks e.g., when a new customer record is created, send notification to a nominated queue or user group.
- Ability to generate user defined alerts against customers.
- Supports queue management and workflow.
- Ability to implement a knowledge repository that systematically captures, organises, and categorises knowledge-based information which is searchable with data easily retrieved.
- Allow User maintainable passwords for system access within an appropriate secure environment.
- Ability to provide external parties with limited and specific access, to hold contact details and surface limited functionality to external parties to enable information and document views and scheduling of activities.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2022.
