- For counsellors’ bidder will directly manage a pool of behavioural health providers, which may behavioural health providers delivering services as volunteers, as employees of the bidder, or as subcontractors
- Language access support
- Frequency and duration of session scheduling
- Participants per session
- Outreach. Bidder will facilitate communications, advertising, media purchases, and email outreach efforts, upon approval of contract manager
2. Reports
- Start-up report
- Update reports
- Final report
