1. Salesforce CRM System redesign and development including:
• Database Redesign
• Business Process Automation
• Experience Cloud – Community Portal
• Event Registration & Payment
• Capture Customer Response
• Website Integration
• Mass Email & Marketing Automation
• Mobile Application
• Other services and support as appropriate
2. Adoption strategy, system and process documentation and training of staff.
3. Ongoing technical support provision
