(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning and human capital management system.
- seeking an ERP/HCM program solution of integrated modules and wishes to contract with a vendor who will assess, build, implement, and roll out a software solution per the following objectives.
- The objectives for the ERP/HCM program are centered around three key themes:
Move Forward, Optimize, and Standardize.

• Modern – low cost of ownership, easily maintained
• Scalable – supports growth, handles high volume
