(1) Vendor needs to provide managed information technology and support services including support for IT related hardware, networking, equipment, systems, software and services to the government authority located in Roselle, NJ.
- County needs to match the industry’s cutting edge network security standards. Seeking a Vendor to implement the best firewalls, router and switches.
- County is seeking a vendor to implement private cloud platform custom designed to meet the business needs and efficiently supports our operations hosting all the data and application servers. Server infrastructure must be hosted out of a tier III certified data center with biometric screening, digital video surveillance and 24 x 7 x 365 days on-site guard staff.
- County is seeking a vendor to provide a dedicated cloud-based backup solution for backing up all cloud servers with an incremental and full back up schedule. There should be at least three backups during business hours to protect critical user data and application changes which will provide restoration with minimum loss in case of any catastrophic attack or crashes.
- Vendor should have a trusted and scalable cloud security platform, with open APIs, extensive third-party integrations and consolidated dashboards and alerts which makes cybersecurity more effective for anti-virus, malware and ransomware.
- County is seeking a Vendor whose to be specialized in cloud video surveillance, delivering cyber-secure, cloud-based video with artificial intelligence (AI) and analytics to make county efficient and secure place.
(2) A contract period will be for one year.
