- Review professional reports and feasibility studies to ensure financing issues have been adequately addressed.
- Develop cash flow models to project the effects of various financing strategies for proposed projects or programs.
- Review and evaluate innovative financing or investment.
- Assist the county staff regarding the county credit rating for both upgrading or maintaining the current credit ratings.
- Assist county staff regarding the issuance of debt and preparation of official statements and evaluation of proposals.
(2) A contract period will be for one year.
