[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic risk management system.
- All risk information and all associated control, issues and events information, and to provide a way to effectively manage and report on all of our company risks.
- Include implementation, support, development, maintenance, and associated services on current and future requirements as summarized below.
- A securely hosted software as a service solution is required.
- Provide an overview of their application solution, the software architecture and technology used.
- Provide an easy-to-use intuitive interface which offers ease of navigation and requires minimum training or support to access key functionality.
- There is a minimum functional requirement that the solution can integrate with office 365, one drive for business, active directory, and azure ad.
- The solution must be capable of working on multiple device types including desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile, and operating systems, e.g., Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, iOS.
- Both the super user and end user aspects of the system should be consistent in design, be highly usable, of an intuitive nature, and offer ease of navigation and use.
- Provide a full search function which should include users, file names, reports, and risk or control or issue or event ID’s.
- The full dataset of data stored in the solution must be directly accessible in raw data format.
- The ability to be to configured to mirror the existing risk management framework, fields in the system should match fields in the existing risk and control self-assessment spreadsheet and the raid log template.
- Include a reporting engine with the ability to produce customized reports as required dependent on audience.
- The solution will provide automated workflows.
- The system should have the ability to maintain risk and causal category libraries which can be built up over time or provide us with generic risk and causal category libraries which can be used by users when logging a risk.
- Fully install or configure the system, import the existing risk data, carry out testing, and provide training and support.
- Installation may include the demonstration of data migration and management of data and retention.
- Provide a sample high level project plan that outlines the major tasks, deliverables, and key milestones to deliver this project based on your experience of implementing the proposed system in a similar environment.
- The system should have the ability to maintain risk and causal category libraries which can be built up over time or provide us with generic risk and causal category libraries which can be used by users when logging a risk.
- Identity and access management and multi-factor authentication
- Privileged access management
- Data encryption – in the cloud, in transit and at rest
- Database encryption - in the cloud, in transit and at rest
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than 14 February 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
