[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide automated meter reading system.
● Meter reading software (host software) that provides acquisition and storage of meter data, including interval, register reads, and events such as high usage, possible leaks, and meter tampering.
● Meter reading software must be cloud hosted and accessible via modern web browsers.
● Radio Endpoints capable of receiving information from meter registers and transmitting this and other relevant information to a data collection device. Endpoints included in proposer offerings must be capable of transmitting hourly data, and provide for seamless transition to an AMI system without requiring replacement.
● The design, installation and testing of information interfaces between the system’s software components and the city’s current billing software (HTE). The proposed system must be flexible in its ability to integrate with the city’s future billing system selection with minimal additional development
● System Support over its expected life, including on-site and telephone support, software patches and upgrades, system firmware upgrades, and ongoing services agreement.
- The solution must illustrate a method to communicate with and receive data from the existing Itron endpoints.
- The solution must be capable of achieving 98.5% -100% read rate.
- The solution must be able to store and process read data for non-billed source transmission meters.
- The solution must include robust search functionality.
- The solution must include robust out of the box reporting functionality.
- The solution must support on-demand read collection for AMI-enabled endpoints.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 1, 2023.
