[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide program management services to establish one contract through competitive negotiation for the purchase of all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals and related items necessary to provide GENEDGE with a professional program manager with demonstrated experience leading large, complex commercialization and supply chain development programs to the government authority located in Martinsville, VA.
- Industry segment marketing, analytics and data mining,
- Outreach event participation,
- Assessment of emerging companies to identify potential gaps in knowledge or capabilities.
- Advising management on development of growth plans based on market opportunities and company capabilities.
- Support development and delivery of content and services to address gaps in company knowledge or capabilities to facilitate growth plans.
- Selection and oversight of contract resources to provide one on one consulting for selected companies.
- Project management of small teams devoted to executing those initiatives,
- Determine participant and overall program impact,
- Program oversight, resource management and status reporting.
- Assure that reporting and execution meets timelines, expectations and standards.
- Manage communications with stakeholders including GENEDGE Board of Trustees and Partner organizations.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2023
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
(4) Pre-proposal conference will be held on February 10, 2023
