[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide parking data analytics services and system that analyzes on-street and off-street parking data; generates intuitive maps, graphs, and tables of parking occupancy, length of stay, revenue, and other key metrics that will allow staff to make better and faster parking management decisions.
- System shall be a hosted service with access privileges for authorized City staff and personnel.
- System shall reflect the City’s go paid parking zones, including Premium and Value Zones
- System shall integrate with via API and/or incorporate data from City’s existing parking payment and/or permit management vendors
- System shall have the option to download images of the map-based interface to support parking management decisions and reporting.
- System shall allow authorized users to view and download graphical and/or tabular reports in CSV or Excel formats of the above information.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 23, 2023.
