[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide broadcast and production services.
- Maintain county owned digital signage. Work under the direction of county representative to update digital signage, create templates, schedules and keep content current as needed
- Create meeting archives in physical or digital formats to back up physical or cloud-based solutions.
- Catalog meetings, recordings, audio files and other media.
- Create schedules for Government channels content.
- provide additional video services to other County Departments, including training/recruitment videos, quality of life videos, economic development videos, special events, Community Services summer in review videos, promotional videos, and public service announcements
- videos are short in length (typically between 3-5 minutes).
- Perform video equipment engineering, equipment networking, and system installation, manage assigned video/cable related projects and develop audio/video equipment specifications as need to maintain technology.  
- Must have requisite knowledge in Crestron audio/video transmitter, Apple Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Broadcast Pix, and Leightronix Nexus.
- maintain schedule for government channel content
- maintain all platforms of media content on servers, website, digital formats or cloud base solutions.
- create training videos for County departments.
- create shorts media clips for to be upload to various platforms such as: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or other designed platforms deemed necessary by County representative.
- produce podcast, social media, and or aid in preparation to County representatives as it relates to emergency responses, notification and information, bulletin board announcements on social media outlets.
- Periodically checking audio on zoom, Comcast, Facebook, YouTube
- Creating social media videos in vertical or horizontal formats
- Editing of documentary style videos
- Video tracking
- Creating macros to perform complex multi-action button presses to display lower 3rds, picture-in-picture, camera transitions of title screen graphics  
- Live scheduling updates to accommodate abrupt meeting endings to ensure 30 min programming intervals stays correct.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 28, 2023.
