[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology and audio-visual consulting services to review design documents at various phases throughout the design process to the government authority located in Lakeport, CA.
• Audio-visual systems,
• Courtroom recording equipment,
• Telecommunications systems, and
• Wi-Fi networks, servers, and overall network connectivity
• Supervise and coordinate construction, install and commissioning work by third party vendor(s) of audio-visual systems, recording equipment.
• Program and integrate audio-visual systems, courtroom recording equipment, other equipment necessary.
• Review documentation and drawings of installed systems provided by third party vendor
• Courtroom recording equipment and installation of all audio-visual equipment necessary for complete and full operation of the systems.
(2) An optional pre-bid conference will be held on March 29, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 4, 2023.
