Vendor needs to provide information management policy, standards, and procedures services to the government authority located in Saskatchewan.
- Agency is looking for support in the:
- review and confirmation of compliance of the existing policies, standards, and procedures, and
external legislation;
- update and / or creation of governance documents;
- creation of a gap analysis document identifying potential gaps and overlaps within our existing
materials;
- development and execution of an implementation plan supported by organizational change
management for the new governance documents;
- A current list of the policy, standards, and procedures this initiative would be responsible for include but are not limited to:
- Enterprise information management policy;
- Records management standard and supporting procedures;
- Records disposition standard and supporting procedures;
- Non-records / transitory content handling and disposition standard and supporting procedures;
- Digitization / scanning standard and supporting procedures;
- File naming convention standard and supporting procedures;
- Metadata standard and supporting procedures.  - The following are outside of Enterprise Information Management’s accountability but will need to be reviewed and updated:
- Privacy policy;
- Digital information standard / IT usage standard;
- Sensitivity labelling standard;
- Information security / protection standard;
- Information archiving standard and supporting procedures;
- Back up strategy
