[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide creative Saskatchewan strategic planning services.
- The agency’s investments via programming, industry association funding, and community sponsorship propel creative entrepreneurs as they create, perform, innovate, and export in their pursuit of commercial success.
- Creative Saskatchewan support entrepreneurs, businesses and industry associations working in the following sectors:
• Film and television
• Digital interactive
• Music
• Book publishing
• Visual arts
• Craft
• Live performing Arts
• Manage the project, including attending meetings as required, delivering an inperson facilitated session with the Board and CEO, and provide regular status reports.
• Review relevant materials, including previous strategic plans, metrics project report, and other documents.
• Undertake consultation with key stakeholders, as necessary.
• Design the process based on best platform to achieve a meaningful strategic plan. This will include contributing factors impacting/potentially impacting Creative Saskatchewan i.e., (Political, Economic, Sociological, Technological, Legal, and Environmental), SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats), Risks to be considered, industry surveys, stakeholder analysis.
• Facilitate an in-person planning session with the Board and CEO.
• Prepare drafts and final strategic priorities and plan, incorporating feedback throughout the process.
• Prepare a summary of the Strategic Plan for stakeholder engagement purposes.
• Undertake consultation with the CEO through the implementation phase of the plan.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 28, 2023.
