Vendor needs to provide solid waste and recycling collection services to the government authority located in Delaware, PA.

b. 8 cubic-yard roll off dumpster
- Collection of Recycling Materials:
The recycling materials shall be collected and occur on one day each week as specified by the bidder in its proposal.  The contractor shall collect the recyclable materials from each dwelling unit of every residential property within the Borough.  The recyclables shall be placed in a single container for a single stream handling of recyclables. Additional recyclables may be placed alongside container for collection.
-  Resource Recovery Facility shall mean a plant, establishment, set of equipment or other operation, which recovers useful materials and products, including heat, electricity, and recyclable materials from otherwise waste materials.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
