[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide digital printing press for logistical services for four-color digital printing press with in-line finishing capabilities (booklet maker), multi-folding unit and a stacker finisher for a small three-person shop to maximize efficiency to the government authority located in CA.
1. Technical requirements:
- Minimum printing speed of 100 ppm (8.5” x 11”)
- Oversized paper size of 13”x 27.5”, with auto duplex of 13” x 40 .5 “
- Oil-less belt fusing.
- Paper weight range of 14 lb. bond to 167 lb. cover.
- Energy star certification.
- Print quality of 2400 x 4800 dpi.
- In-line color registration/diagnostics.
- Capability to reload paper trays while printing.
2. In-line Booklet Maker
- 200 sheet in-line booklet maker, with 3 edge full bleed knife trimmer.
- Ability to print on spine.
- Ability to create square fold booklets.
- Create portrait and landscape booklets.
- Initial certified operator training and ongoing training as often as needed.
3. In-line multi folding unit
- 6 pattern folding output (half, letter, tri., letter fold out, gate fold, double parallel fold and Z fold.
- Initial certified operator training and ongoing training as often as needed.
4. In-line stacker finisher
- Multi-hole punch.
- Stacks and collates.
