[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide library collection conversion services to the government authority located in ON.
• One million (1,000,000) RFID labels (2-inch x 2-inch size)
• RFID labels must be capable of being applied to the back page of a book (not the back inside cover) as is current practice for its barcodes;
• Thirty (30) RFID Pads / Readers
• Four (4) inventory wands
• Two (2) Self-checkout stations
• The items above must have ISO standard compliance and work seamlessly with Bibliotheca gates and the Alma (Ex Libris) Library Services Platform
• Troubleshooting support
• Must be able to fit and operate in shelf aisles that are a minimum of 32 inches (in both regular and compact shelving);
• Must be equipped with a minimum of a PC, RFID Pad, and RFID Software;
• Must be capable of tagging a minimum of 500 items per hour while being operated by 2 persons;
• Training on the operation of the tagging cart;
• Operational guidance through the conversion process;
• Specification of number of tagging carts given the human resources to complete conversion within the stated timeline.
• Can be a lease or vendor provided plans to build a custom tagging cart with an incorporated automatic RFID tag-feeder
- Deliverable that is a document, copies of the deliverable will be delivered in both electronic PDF and unlocked, editable native electronic (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) formats.
- Deliverable that is in the nature of training, training may be delivered in person or via webcast and copies of the documentation used in the training in accordance.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 24, 2023.
