[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide correctional nursing services to the government authority located in College, TX.
- One nurse shall be present on‐site at the correctional facility Monday through Sunday for a minimum of sixteen hours per day between the hours of 0600 to 2200 hours it with the exception of facility related business to be completed in a timely manner. this nurse shall provide daily “sick call” to inmates
- One nurse will be present at the correctional facility even when there is a catastrophic event (wildfires, flood and evacuations)
- At least one nurse shall be on‐call at all other times, including holidays, to provide call‐back nursing services as requested by the correctional facility
- All nurses shall be supervised by doctors associated with the north fork family medicine practice group, unless an alternative physician‐supervision arrangement is included in the proposal and accepted by the county in its sole discretion
- Nurses shall set up, monitor and dispense all prescription medications to inmates on a daily basis as required or requested by physicians with the north fork medical group
- nurses shall adhere to the standards adopted to meet the, (national correctional commission on health care) where possible; and the policy and procedures set by the medical director.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 7, 2023.
(3) The term of the contract will be one year.
