[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide election personnel and asset management system.
• Create a customizable personnel and asset management system.
• Ability to enter personnel data, payroll number, language, position, and preferred job location
• Ability to host and track employee to complete training classes
• Ability to enter required training classes and keep track of completed and incomplete classes
• Ability to enter, save, and store data
• Ability to run reports
• Ability to incorporate training
• Ability to provide customer service and support by phone and email
• Create and deliver reportable metrics
• Ability to add users as needed. (without having to call into the contractor)
• Ability for users easily log in and out of personnel management system
• Personnel management system needs to be hosted on a server
• Abide by privacy and security rules
• Abide rules and policies of personal identifiable information - privacy act
• Abide by county security protocols.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 14, 2023.
(3) The term of the contract will be two years.
