[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription services.
- Professional companies to transcription services on an as needed basis during the contract period.
- Transcription services include listening to spoken words in audio or video recordings and converting those spoken words into written words or converting handwritten or typewritten documents into a clean format that may be published, archived, and distributed.
- Must have current software including Microsoft Windows, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and WinZip and other software applications required for transcription services.
- Audio and video recordings to be transcribed may be provided to the vendor on a cd, flash drive media, via secure electronic submission option of audio or video file, or an application and comparable media device for data submissions.
- Transcripts must be typewritten and transcribed verbatim, which is exactly as the spoken word sounds, to include all speech, filler and feedback words, false starts, stutters, stammers, and repetitions.
- All transcripts must include a list of engagement attendees, including onsite and virtual attendees
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on April 25, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for eight years.
