[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporting and transcription services.
- Court Reporting Services for the Board of Trustees monthly meeting and executive sessions.
- Regular meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of each month for a minimum of two hours.
- All meetings are IN-Person
- Must have the ability to transcribe virtually via zoom (Only if Meeting is scheduled to be held virtually).
- Assign one primary transcriber and an alternate to provide court reporting, transcription services.
- Primary and alternate transcriber must clearly understand the formatting and spellings associated with the minutes.
- Transcription format- single spaced-no index required- use 12, arial font, one inch margin on top, bottom, right and left-capable of reading back motions and statements during meetings
- Provide auto transcription on flash drive at the end of each meeting in mp-3 or wave format proof transcription for correct formatting and spelling and make necessary corrections prior to submitting draft transcription to respective agency staff within 4 business days of meeting before 4:00 p.m.
- Email draft and final transcription as Microsoft word document to respective agency staff
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 17, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
