[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporter and transcription services which may include but is not limited to depositions; arbitration hearings; judicial hearings, administrative hearings, public hearings, conferences and conventions.
- The contractor’s services may also be required via telephone conference or video conference. Transcription services purchased from this contract may be part of the above-mentioned court reporting or may be purchased separately. Contractors who only provide transcription services will be listed separately on the contract.
- Transcription Services: Completion time and estimated total cost will be negotiated between the Commission and the Contractor prior to each assignment. Pickup and delivery will be agreed upon prior to each assignment.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 25, 2023.
