- The estimated number of School Board Meetings a year is 56, with an estimated number of 336 hours duration. The average meeting length is 6 hours. Additional video content (MarComm videos, special events, other programs): 44 hours/year. Estimated total new video content to close caption annually: 380 hours. Awardee(s) must be familiar with Web and Broadcast TV captioning. Awardee(s) shall offer 24/7 operational support for scheduling, last minute emergency and online ordering assistance. Also 24/7 technical assistance for captioning is preferred.
