• Project Management (including but not limited to Project plans, schedule, meeting management, and reporting weekly)
• Software Application Testing (including but not limited to Agile tools, functional verification, bug detection, reporting, documents, and requirement)
• Employee Client Services (including but not limited to Windows, devices, AD, ADXS, and triage of desktops/laptops)
• Application and Employee Access Security (including but not limited to Security tool suite, MFA, networking triage, and training)
• SQL Database (including but not limited to MS-SQL 2015-2022, ETL, SSRS, Schema mapping, GIS, and Linux Postgres)
