[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide school photography services for elementary and middle schools.
- To provide students with a consistency in photography products, pricing, point of contract and  package offerings.
- Ability to mail all picture package pricing to students.
- Provide the ability to mail completed picture packages directly to parents
- Ability to have all school pictures completed before October 15th.
- Ability to produce a 2"x3 L/4 " student ID card with barcode scanning ability for all Students.
- Have the opportunity to create sticker headshots to put in a cumulative folder. Ability to produce a CD for the Yearbook.
- Availability to provide the School District an electronic version of all student photos on CD/dvd/usb key prior to November l. Format for electronic files must be jpeg. Naming convention for picture files must be studentnumber.jpg (ex.
- Ability to provide candid coverage with minimum visits of 15 per middle school and 10 per elementary school.
- Ability of online galleries. If still required, provide students the ability to purchase the photos.
- Ability to take students' pictures with or without payment on the day of pictures,
- Ability to provide assurance of security on student data and that no student data supplied by the District will be utilized for anything other than school photography.
- If still required, provide students the ability to purchase photos on-line. Ability to allow website ordering.
- Ability to take large group club, team and/or whole grade level pictures.
- Ability to take staff photographers, provide images for yearbooks, and provide a "welcome sign" for display.
