[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide large volume printing and mailing services to the government authority located in New Mexico.
- Provide large volume printing and mailing services that include, but not limited to: forms, letters and envelopes.
- Real Property consists of the following five forms and annual estimated quantities: Business Property 18,000 copies, Livestock – 900 copies, Manufactured Homes – 14,000 copies and Real Property (Res and Non-Res) – 248,500 copies for a combined annual estimated Total of 282,000 - 285,000 copies.
- Annual estimated Total 282,000 to 285,000 copies
- Business personal property rendition letter / instructions: Annual estimated total 18,000 - 21,000 copies.
- Business personal property equipment report: Annual estimated total 18,000 - 21,000 copies.
- Business personal property goods schedule: Annual estimated 18,000 - 21,000 copies.
- Livestock rendition letter and owners report: estimated 900 – 1,000 copies.
- Manufactured homes letter and assessment form: Annual estimated 14,000 – 16,000 copies.
- Standard envelope, business reply
- Estimated quantities are as follows: Business Personal Property, Livestock and Manufactured Homes 33,000 to 38,000 envelopes.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal will be held on May 26, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 31, 2023.
(4) The contract period will be for four years.
