- To qualify consultants, contractors, and energy service organizations experienced in designing, building, financing and operating infrastructure projects
- Project shall be structured with zero cash outlay
- A partial design for Phase 2 exists and would be available to the awarded vendor to review and Complete
- A preferred structural layout of solar panel supports that span over tankage and other stationary assets.
(2) A pre-proposal Conference will be held on June 29, 2023.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 7, 2023.
