- Document and evaluate the current processes of financial sponsored program management;
- Define current roles and responsibilities of all parties engaged in sponsored program management;
- Review and analyze current policies and procedures relevant to sponsored program financial management and recommend structure, format and communication strategies to ensure comprehensive and consistent practices among all parties;
- Assess current institutional systems related to sponsored program management, including the interface between pre-award proposal submission and post award financial management, to determine efficacy and limitations;
- Document current training and recommend improved practices to ensure skilled oversight of sponsored program financials.
