[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management system
- The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System should be a comprehensive solution that will support a broad range of departments, including, but not limited to; Enrollment, Academic Services, Workforce, Career Services, Marketing, and Foundation. Aims does not currently have a cohesive CRM System, but has set specific goals and has determined the need. The evaluation committee shall evaluate the proposed system against our requirements and choose the system that best addresses our needs. Some of the goals for the CRM system are;
- Data Integration. Integrated data synchronization with other applications and data systems.
- All-in-One System. Features and functionalities pertaining to the recruitment and retention of prospective students, marketing and communication, alumni engagement, event management, as well as reports and analyses should be integrated into one single system.
- Automated Triggers. Activities should execute automatically based on a variety of customizable rules or information within a profile.
- Management of external contacts College-Wide.
- Support Recruiting and the Recruiting Cycle from outreach to graduation.
- Support Industry, Community, and local agency partnerships.
- Assist with enrollment growth and drive retention across all programs and areas of study.
- Provide a strong Marketing Automation component that has the ability to streamline marketing efforts, track campaign performance, and measure return on investment.
- Optimize outbound communication from the College’s various departments, programs,
and organizations to include building and tracking relationships.
- Analyze data regarding student recruitment and retention, including demographic breakdowns, areas of interest, and graduation statistics
- Simplify and automate workflows and processes of various College departments.
- Build alumni and donor relationships.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 31, 2023.
