[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide x-ray security screening equipment and maintenance supply to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- To procure multiple security x-ray scanner systems for the Hospital through a lease agreement that is inclusive of repair and maintenance services.
- Advise the Hospital of any and all specialized site and installation requirements for the equipment. This information should include, but is not limited to: electrical requirements; space requirements; and any other considerations critical to the installation;
- Provide initial, onsite training, at no additional cost, to designated Hospital Security staff members responsible for operating the equipment. Training shall include typical and unique operational functions and shall occur upon delivery and installation of equipment
- Provide Leased and maintenance schedules to the Hospital
(2) The contract will be one year.
