[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide utility management software and services
- provide the County a software license to use the utility bill management software. The software license proposed to the County will include all base software functionality, as well as the following advanced software license modules:
- Accounts Payable or General Ledger Export
- Chargebacks, Submeters, Bill Splits, Interval Data
- Cost Avoidance (M&V), Calendarization, Normalization, Energy Use Intensity, Use vs. Weather
- Contractor will be required to provide the following services to be performed by Contractor’s project manager and the Implementation Solutions staff:
- Set up the County’s database on Contractor owned and maintained servers
- Consult with the County on the process of installing the enterprise software on County computers as needed
- Work with assigned County personnel to identify the setup data required to implement software, including but not necessarily limited to the following: o Facility data- square footage, year constructed, primary use, etc.
- Utility Commodity Vendor name, commodity provided, rate schedule name, etc.
- Utility cost center and account data.
- Utility meters.
- Accounting data- G/L codes, etc. as needed.
- Import the Setup Data that is provided to Contractor in electronic format into the County’s utility bill management platform. Consult with the County on structure of the data within utility bill management platform
- Develop an interface to facilitate the export of data from utility bill management platform in a format that is import ready for the County's Oracle accounting system
- Assist the production of a knowledge transfer document that will be maintained by the County following the utility bill management platform implementation. Contractor will be responsible for setting up the software to track all meters.
(2) An optional virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 14, 2023.
