Vendor needs to provide purchasing card program to the government authority located in Northville, MI.
- To implement a comprehensive purchasing card program to help streamline the City’s accounts payable process,
- The program is intended to simplify the purchasing process, maximize working capital by improving cash flow, reduce operating costs, streamline administrative processes, and take advantage of supplier discounts and potential rebates,
- Include contact information for three customer references, preferably municipalities, that are currently using your purchasing card program.
- Aautomatically allocate individual transactions to different expense categories based on the company’s general ledger accounting structure
- Card management process including:
- New card issuance
- Deactivation of cards
- Modification of card parameters
- Lost/stolen cards
- Replacing cards (including “emergency” situations).
