• Increase or decrease the available funding and the group minimum/maximum award amounts
• Allocate any additional or unawarded funds to passing applications, in rank order.
• Reduce funding to an amount deemed appropriate if the budgeted funds do not provide full funding for agreements. In this event, the Recipient and Commission Agreement Manager will reach agreement on a reduced commensurate with available funding.
