- The solution should allow healthpro to conduct product evaluations by scanning pharmacy items and automatically retrieving related information from the health database.
- Managing and tracking supplier risk, including financial and reputational risk.
- Integration with third-party supplier databases to help identify and onboard new suppliers.
- Seamless integration with microsoft customer relationship management software.
- Tracking and evaluating supplier performance through scorecards, KPIs and other metrics.
- Posting announcements in all required locations to meet regulations and trade treaties.
- Receiving bidder responses to criteria, documents and spreadsheet uploads.
- The solution should generate a comprehensive side-by-side report that compiles all the submissions, enabling easy comparison and evaluation.
- Sending or posting result notifications and creating scorecards.
- Healthpro should be able to provide final comments and scoring for the evaluated products through the solution.
- The solution should facilitate the collection of feedback and scoring from the participating members.
