[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide human needs capital assessment service for sustainable communities strategies and growth forecast components, regional transportation improvement programs, regional housing needs allocations and a portion of the south coast air quality management plan to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.
- Administrative details, such as communications protocol, meeting frequency, progress reporting, scheduling and invoicing.
- A system for project control, including necessary procedures for conducting the work, managing resources, communications, budget, schedule, monitoring and reporting project.
- Consultant will develop a schedule showing all work tasks, subtasks, start dates, activity durations, product submittal dates, key project milestones and dependencies among work tasks.
- Consultant will also consider challenges to overcome and identify existing funding resources and where new or different funding resources are needed for implementation.
- Consultant will develop a draft human capital needs assessment report that summarizes the report development process and recommendations for addressing each priority area
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 6, 2023.
