(1) Vendor needs to provide digital media management services to consult, monitor and engage social media outreach, digital media management and marketing service.
- Social media account service for facebook, twitter, instagram, youtube and linkedin.
- Digital ad and social media management to build on the established online and community presence through strategic planning and creative concept development.
- Manage and distribute digital or print and video advertising campaigns.
- Creating ad copy and graphics, targeting the appropriate audience, and tracking campaign performance.
- To develop a strategy for digital media, including social media and print, digital and video ads.
- Assess the current local landscape and develop a plan that identifies targeted strategies and platforms to reach stakeholders and engage the community, in alignment with agency waters brand and messaging.
- Posts and content may include but are not limited to photos, micro-videos, infographics and shared posts.
- Content should be a mix of organic and paid posts.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 4, 2023.
(3) The contract term will be one years.
