(1) Vendor needs to provide sap support services.
- Implemented the on-premise sap ERP software business suite, which included plant maintenance and inventory, project accounting, grant accounting, general ledger, funds management, sales and distribution, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, fixed asset, budget preparation and control and cross-application timesheet data entry for secondary labor or activity allocation.
- To include the human capital management and payroll modules due to the end of useful life and support for the legacy financial software.
- Employees can access SAP remotely only through the secured VPN access.
- The agency manages and maintains GIS database and applications.
- Provide an overview of the implementation plan and the methodology used to install the software.
- Provide the timeframe for fully implementing the system.
