[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal parking strategy service.
- Be accessible to users of all ages and abilities and is connected to destinations within the downtowns
- Develop strategies that can be expanded on and incorporated into other related studies and initiatives being undertaken by the Township within the Downtown cores
- Develop guiding principles and strategies and examine various service model options for addressing existing and anticipated parking needs. This is to consider capacity/supply, demand and utilization, assets, operations, costing, and governance
- Recommend actions for the Township to undertake to address service deficiencies, future service needs, and the adoption of a comprehensive service model
- Develop a realistic implementation plan and timeline for the Township to implement recommendations
- Identify and establish key internal and external stakeholder groups required to be involved in the development and implementation of the MPS recommendations.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 1, 2023.
